Pathways to Student Success
At Continuum, we support educators to help their students reach their academic potential. We collaborate with schools and districts to provide staff trainings, support services, and consultation. By working together, we can help to ensure your students thrive in school!
Professional Development Training
Continuum works with individual schools as well as districts to provide professional development training to educators. Our trainings are available both in-person and online and can be tailored based on specific topics of interest. We incorporate lessons, role-play, and practical application into all of our trainings. Educators will walk away with the knowledge and tools to implement the skills right away!
Training topics include:
Classroom Management
Learn classroom management strategies to help reduce challenging behaviors through positive reinforcement.
Positive Behavior Supports
Learn how to develop and implement individual and class-wide positive behaviors supports to enhance learning.
FBA and BIP Development
Learn how to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and development Behavior Intervention Plans to address challenging behaviors.
Crisis Prevention and Safety Care Training
Receive training and certification on crisis prevention and de-escalation strategies.
Developing IEP Goals
Learn how to develop objective and measurable goals to support student skill acquisition.
ABA Practices into Classrooms
Learn how to implement methodologies of Applied Behavior Analysis into classrooms.
ABA School Consultation
We collaborate with schools to provide additional support services to students who require ABA services in the classroom. We partner with teachers and school professionals to develop a comprehensive plan to help students achieve their highest potential. We also run supplemental groups for students either during or after school hours. Consultation services include:

- RBT Supervision
- 1:1 Direct ABA Services

- Social/Emotional Groups
