Robin is a certified special education teacher and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. After completing her master’s degree at William Paterson University, she earned her certificate in behavior analysis from the University of North Texas. She has over 18 years of experience working with children and adults with cognitive, developmental, emotional, and physical disabilities in a variety of settings, including schools, day programs, home and other residential placements. In her free time Robin enjoys getting outside, traveling and spending time with friends, family and the service dog she’s currently training.
Alisha completed her undergraduate degree at Metropolitan State College of Denver in Psychology. Alisha went on to complete a Master’s Degree in counseling with an emphasis in school counseling and later completed a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Alisha has experience working in the mental health field for 10 years and worked with children ages 3-13 impacted from trauma, abuse, and complex mental health. For the past 3 years Alisha has worked with individuals with varying levels of developmental delays and behaviors. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Alisha strives to provide effective behavioral interventions for the children and families she serves.
Leticia Started her journey in ABA as a therapist over 10 years ago. She fell in love with the field and with how ABA can support families and change lives. She moved up in the field by obtaining her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis, and soon after, she received her BCBA certificate in 2019. She is now a crucial member of Continuum’s first clinic in Phoenix as the Clinic Manager. She takes pride in parent training and believes it is crucial for long term progress and believes in the “teamwork makes the dreamwork” approach to problem solving. Additionally, she has vast experience in early intervention, communication training, toilet training, and social skills. She has worked with ages 2-22 and with varying skills and challenges.
Leticia is a first generation Mexican-American and is very proud to provide services in English and Spanish. When she is not sitting criss-cross applesauce on the floor at work- she enjoys cycling up mountains and going on road trips.
Alexandra Montenegro is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, having received her Bachelor’s in Science in Child Development at California State University, Fullerton and her Masters in Science at National University. Alex has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for almost 8 years. Her experience ranges from in home, clinic, school, community, group home, and telehealth settings in clients ages 2-25. Additionally from her work in ABA, Alex specializes in training and development for new and seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians. She takes pride in providing strong supervision for her RBTs in order to maximize the opportunities for her clients. Parent consultations are also a strong suit, as she believes parent and guardian involvement is crucial for the ongoing success of the individual being served. Alex is extremely passionate about facilitating meaningful change in a socially significant way that enhances the strengths her clients already have.
