From the onset of the current public health crisis Continuum has been pro-active in preparing our staff and clients to minimize the risk and impact of Novel Coronavirus and ensure uninterrupted services for our clients. Following you will find the latest information regarding Continuum’s management of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic:
While most of our staff members are working remotely in consideration of the social distancing initiative, all offices, departments and activities of our organization are now, and will remain, fully functioning throughout this public health emergency. From the initial outbreak we have sent multiple communications advising our staff on proper hygiene and preventative measures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We have mandated that any staff member feeling ill must refrain from working with our clients. If the symptoms indicate the potential for COVID-19 we have required a 14 day self-quarantine. We have also required a 14 day self-quarantine for any staff member returning from international travel.
More recently we further formalized these guidelines and added additional screening criteria based on CDC recommendations. Our clients have been provided with copies of our Staff Attestation form which serves as the foundation of our COVID-19 risk assessment procedure. All active staff have completed this form, and we are taking action related to reported risks following CDC guidelines. Thorough communication of any potential exposure will be shared with affected families immediately.

Please see below for links to other helpful information. If there is exposure in your home, or if you or one of your family members exhibits symptoms, we ask that you inform Continuum.
We are confident that ongoing training and education on proper hygiene and preventative measures coupled with Continuum’s already rigorous hiring and training processes will continue to ensure the highest level of services for our clients.
