Bethany began her career in ABA in 2013 and joined Continuum in 2018 as a Senior Consultant. She has worked with children and adults with disabilities in a variety of settings to include: schools, private family homes, sheltered workshops, state hospitals and community-based group homes. Bethany has presented at the state and international levels on Work and Home Based Interventions for An Adult with Mental Illness. During her time working in residential care, she created, systemized and replicated programs geared towards adaptive skill acquisition and increasing independence. Prior to her work in human services, she had extensive supervisory experience in the fields of health care, education and operations. Bethany earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University and her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Shenandoah University.
