Ginny Winter is an LPC counselor who graduated with her B.A. in Psychology from The University of Colorado and her M.A. in Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University in 2006. Ginny is a native Coloradan and has a son. Ginny has worked for over twenty years within the mental health field. Ginny has spent the majority of her years working with children, adolescents, and families helping them reach their therapeutic goals. Ginny has worked in numerous environments including mental health crisis co-responding, residential treatment, in-home care, outpatient care, and telehealth care. Ginny specializes in trauma work, child development, substance abuse/misuse, mindfulness and holistic health with an emphasis on providing an empathic, non-judgmental, trauma informed and a strength based collaborative space for those she works with. In her free time, Ginny enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking, camping, reading and getting together with friends.
