Lila has worked in the fields of education and behavioral health for over 10 years. She received her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Memphis and started a learning center in 2010 with an emphasis on academics and executive functioning skills. This led to her interest in Precision Teaching and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She furthered her education at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and obtained her graduate certificate in ABA. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she works in a range of settings, including home, clinic, and school. Some areas of interest relate to the powerful role of environmental factors on child development and how skills can be generalized to different settings over time. She specializes with treatment planning, client programs, and parent trainings for both children and adolescents.
