RaShawn Jeffers is an enthusiastic Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. She received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Argosy University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. RaShawn has over 10 years of experience working with adults and children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disabilities. Her journey started in 2009 as an Autism Specialist in Washington, D.C. public schools. Her dedication to the field of Behavior Analysis led her to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician credential in 2015. Since then, she has provided direct behavioral support and behavioral consultation to clients in environments such as: day support, community, residential, and in-home settings. Her professional interest includes individualized treatment planning and teaching functional communication skills.
