Tracy Nelson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree in Special Education from Fort Hays State University. Tracy has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis for over 30 years, providing behavior services to children and adults in home, residential, school, day program, and community settings. Tracy has developed and delivered parent/caregiver trainings and social skill curricula for adult learners and has provided technical assistance in applied behavior analysis to human services agencies across Colorado. Tracy’s professional interests include ABA for adult learners, the study of verbal behavior, self-management skill development, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and providing supervision to those seeking board certification in applied behavior analysis. In her free time, Tracy enjoys birdwatching, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.
