Dr. Marie-Cécile Heinze is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Senior Consultant at Continuum Associates. She received her Doctor of Education from Lynn University, where she developed an employer’s guide for integrating employees with autism into the workforce. Dr. Heinze also holds a Masters of Business Administration in Leadership.
She has extensive experience teaching students with emotional and behavioral disorders. Dr. Heinze utilizes her education and clinical knowledge to conduct scientific and evidence-based behavioral practices in academic, in-home, and community settings. Her research focuses on vocational rehabilitation and supported employment models for persons with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
As a mother and a former preschool teacher of students with developmental delays and autism, she developed a deep understanding about child development and the importance of the use of early intervention practices.
Mrs. Jamie Bassos is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The George Washington University. She received extensive training in the education and treatment of individuals with autism spectrum disorders, with an emphasis in early intervention, at the highly respected New England Center for Children, where she conducted research, teacher training and served as a case manager. She has worked extensively as an independent behavioral consultant in Northern Virginia and as a classroom teacher at the Ivymount School in Rockville, MD. Mrs. Bassos has also delivered presentations and training seminars at both local and international conferences. Her professional interests include early intervention and research supporting best practice.
