Mrs. Jamie Bassos is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The George Washington University. She received extensive training in the education and treatment of individuals with autism spectrum disorders, with an emphasis in early intervention, at the highly respected New England Center for Children, where she conducted research, teacher training and served as a case manager. She has worked extensively as an independent behavioral consultant in Northern Virginia and as a classroom teacher at the Ivymount School in Rockville, MD. Mrs. Bassos has also delivered presentations and training seminars at both local and international conferences. Her professional interests include early intervention and research supporting best practice.
Joe Green is the President of the Continuum Group. His office is in our McLean, Virginia headquarters, although he can often be found visiting our various branch offices throughout the country. Joe is a native Washingtonian, having grown up primarily in Northern Virginia. He has a BA from George Mason University and began his career working on Capitol Hill focusing on healthcare legislative issues. Since that time, Joe has owned and managed a national healthcare staffing agency, worked as Director of Business Development for an IT services company and served as Vice President for a multi-state mental health services provider among other, mostly healthcare related positions. Joe came to Continuum through a personal connection with the family of one of the children the company had cared for over the previous 10 years. Coming from this perspective, he considers his role at Continuum as much more than a job, and in addition to his wife and three children – Jay, Larkin and Emma – he is most proud to be part of the Continuum family.
Alexis Kaplan is the founder and President of Continuum Behavioral Health. Alexis has been working part-time with the Continuum family since 2003. In 2008, Alexis began full time as Continuum Pediatric Nursing’s Nurse Recruiter at our Corporate office in McLean, Virginia. With the Continuum mission embedded into her DNA, she was naturally a part of the start up of Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance in 2011. Alexis has been instrumental in the opening of our Denver office in 2012. In her free time Alexis enjoys shooting photography, spending time with her dogs, and traveling any chance possible.
Marc Rose joined the Continuum Family in 2011 after 20 years in the Home Building/Land Development Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he received a degree in Marketing and was a four year member of the men’s soccer team. As a father of four, Marc is heavily involved in youth sports and is often found taking an active role with his children by coaching. His Interests include travel, sports, the beach and spending time with his kids.
Chris Walker is Continuum’s Chief Financial Officer, based in the McLean, Virginia office. Chris has been with Continuum since 1999, and is expert in helping our families navigate the complicated insurance and benefits landscape of today’s healthcare environment. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Salisbury University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. Chris and his wife Stacy have four children – Shelby, Katelyn, Matthew and Hannah. Whenever he has a chance, Chris loves nothing more than getting on his boat and fishing the Chesapeake Bay.
Amy Wolf holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Maryland at College Park as well as an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She joined the Continuum Family in 2020 with 7 ½ years previous experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis administration. She manages the behavioral health administration for CASA. She is married with two children (her oldest is on the Autism Spectrum). In her spare time, she is actively involved with her kids’ scouting activities and loves to travel.
