Meet our Executive Team, the people behind the people! They are dedicated to delivering quality services to all our locations and teams. Learn about the unique and diverse backgrounds they bring to Continuum!
Joe Green – Managing Partner
Joe Green is the President of the Continuum Group. His office is in our McLean, Virginia headquarters, although he can often be found visiting our various branch offices throughout the country. Joe is a native Washingtonian, having grown up primarily in Northern Virginia. He has a BA from George Mason University and began his career working on Capitol Hill focusing on healthcare legislative issues. Since that time, Joe has owned and managed a national healthcare staffing agency, worked as Director of Business Development for an IT services company and served as Vice President for a multi-state mental health services provider among other, mostly healthcare related positions. Joe came to Continuum through a personal connection with the family of one of the children the company had cared for over the previous 10 years. Coming from this perspective, he considers his role at Continuum as much more than a job, and in addition to his wife and three children – Jay, Larkin and Emma – he is most proud to be part of the Continuum family.

Alexis Kaplan is the founder and President of Continuum Behavioral Health. Alexis has been working part-time with the Continuum family since 2003.
