Senior Consultant
(BCBA or BCaBA)
As part of the Continuum family, you would have the opportunity to collaborate with over 100 BCBAs, BCaBAs, Junior Consultants, and Licensed Mental Health Practitioners across the country who have a wide variety of expertise! In this role you will be responsible for:

- Completing clinical learning needs assessments and functional assessments
- Generating appropriate goals and objectives
- Writing treatment plan reports and interventions
- Creating data systems
- Reviewing and analyzing data
- Providing direct service (if applicable to case load)
- Providing school support to our contracted partners
- Collaborating with other professionals in the field
- Providing parent training
- Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians/Therapists
