Robin is a certified special education teacher and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. After completing her master’s degree at William Paterson University, she earned her certificate in behavior analysis from the University of North Texas. She has over 18 years of experience working with children and adults with cognitive, developmental, emotional, and physical disabilities in a variety of settings, including schools, day programs, home and other residential placements. In her free time Robin enjoys getting outside, traveling and spending time with friends, family and the service dog she’s currently training.
Alisha completed her undergraduate degree at Metropolitan State College of Denver in Psychology. Alisha went on to complete a Master’s Degree in counseling with an emphasis in school counseling and later completed a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Alisha has experience working in the mental health field for 10 years and worked with children ages 3-13 impacted from trauma, abuse, and complex mental health. For the past 3 years Alisha has worked with individuals with varying levels of developmental delays and behaviors. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Alisha strives to provide effective behavioral interventions for the children and families she serves.
Karina is originally from Brazil and moved to the United States when she was 15 years old. She has lived in Utah and in Dallas, Texas. Karina got her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah with emphasis in child development. While living in Texas she worked for Head Start, where she learned about ABA, when a BCBA came to educate her on strategies to help kids with behavioral concerns. Soon after, she changed jobs and started working at an ABA center in Texas and got her master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Most of her experience is working with 2 to 5 year old’s, but has worked with kids of all ages for the past 3 years. Karina is working towards her BCBA and is getting ready to take the board exam soon.
