Our Delaware office has served families since 2015, offering both clinic-based programming in Newark and in-home services across the state.

In-Home ABA

Individualized curriculum delivered in your home, built on skills and behavioral assessments and focused on motivation and reinforcement for learning.

Clinic-Based Therapy

Structured programming at our Newark clinic for Early-Intervention learners — early language, social and play skills, and school readiness.

Telehealth Services

Parent support, virtual learning, social skills groups, and In-Home ABA delivered from anywhere in the state.

Meet our Delaware Clinical Director

Suzanne Hughes, M.S.Ed, BCBA, LBS

Clinical Director, Delaware
Suzanne Hughes is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s Degree in Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007 with individuals in residential, vocational, and educational settings. She has also delivered presentations and workshops at local and international conferences. Suzanne’s professional interests include the application of Behavior Analysis to health related behavior, social skills, community-based instruction, transition to adulthood, and the functional assessment and treatment of problem behavior. In her free time, Suzanne enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Intake
Your Consultant will schedule an initial intake meeting to discuss your family’s needs and review medical history

Assessment
Your Consultant will conduct an individualized assessment that includes behavioral observations, skills assessments, and writing a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan

Caregiver Training
You will be assigned a Caregiver Support Specialist who will provide ongoing caregiver support and training throughout your services

Treatment Services
Your Consultant and treatment team will provide one-on-one therapeutic services to address your family’s unique needs

Ongoing Analysis
Your learner’s progress will be reviewed consistently by your Consultant to ensure the highest quality of services and make updates as needed

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We work with the participating managed-care plans and handle the prior authorization paperwork end-to-end. Most families pay only their plan's standard copay or coinsurance for behavioral health visits.

Yes our Dover clinic serves Kent County and central Delaware. For coastal families in Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Millsboro, or Bethany Beach, we deliver in-home sessions on a travel schedule plus telehealth caregiver training.

Both. Our Newark clinic delivers structured center-based programming for early-intervention learners, and our team travels for in-home sessions across New Castle County. Many families combine the two.

Yes. We participate in IEP meetings as outside providers in Christina, Red Clay Consolidated, and Colonial school districts, and align home programs with the district's behavior plan.
