Where We Serve
Our Lakewood team serves families across the Denver metro and Jefferson County, with in-home sessions throughout Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Golden, and the south metro. If you’re outside the metro — Castle Rock, Aurora, Colorado Springs — we keep continuity with parent training and clinical supervision through telehealth.
Meet our Colorado Clinical Director
Kelly Ho, MS, BCBA
Kelly completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Mississippi and completed her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas. Kelly has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with various abilities and cognitive, developmental, emotional and physical needs. She has worked across various settings including in-home, school, clinic, and residential. She loves seeing growth with those she works with and is passionate about helping our clients navigate this world as best they can while staying true to themselves!

Intake
Your Consultant will schedule an initial intake meeting to discuss your family’s needs and review medical history
Assessment
Your Consultant will conduct an individualized assessment that includes behavioral observations, skills assessments, and writing a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan
Caregiver Training
You will be assigned a Caregiver Support Specialist who will provide ongoing caregiver support and training throughout your services
Treatment Services
Your Consultant and treatment team will provide one-on-one therapeutic services to address your family’s unique needs
Ongoing Analysis
Your learner’s progress will be reviewed consistently by your Consultant to ensure the highest quality of services and make updates as needed

Continuum Behavioral Health accepts most major insurance plans, with both in-network and
out-of-network benefits. We are happy to conduct a benefit check to see if ABA services are covered under your plan. Contact us for more information.

Yes. We are an in-network provider for Health First Colorado (the state Medicaid program) and work with families through Colorado Access, Colorado Community Health Alliance, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, and Northeast Health Partners. We handle the prior authorization paperwork.
We work primarily with children and adolescents. We do see a smaller number of adults focused on transition planning and community participation. Reach out and we'll tell you whether we're the right fit.
Yes. Our Lakewood-based clinicians travel for in-home sessions throughout Jefferson County and into the Denver metro. For families in Castle Rock, Aurora, or Colorado Springs we deliver parent training and clinical supervision via telehealth.
Yes. We participate in IEP meetings as outside providers and align home programs with the district's behavior plan. We routinely coordinate with Jeffco Public Schools and Denver Public Schools.
