Meet our Virginia and District of Columbia Clinical Director

Rachel Voigt, M.A., BCBA
Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University in 2013 where she majored in elementary special education with a focus on emotional impairments. Upon receiving her degree, she taught as a resource room teacher and self-contained classroom teacher for learners with emotional impairments. In 2017 she earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Rachel began her career in ABA as a part time behavior consultant while she continued to work full time as a classroom teacher. She then transitioned to a full time position as a BCBA for a Michigan-based clinic. Rachel moved to Virginia and joined the Continuum team in 2020.
