Continuum Behavioral Health serves Chicago families through in-home ABA therapy and telehealth, delivered by our Illinois clinical team based at the St. Charles clinic in Wind Hill Office Suites. We don’t have a downtown office; our BCBAs and RBTs drive into Chicago neighborhoods for home sessions, with parent training and supervision via secure telehealth so families don’t lose continuity around traffic.

If the drive to St. Charles is too much, your program continues through telehealth caregiver coaching and remote BCBA supervision.
Meet our Illinois Clinical Director
Jamie Brayton, M.S., BCBA
Jamie completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in Elementary Education. She went on to complete a Master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. Jamie has experience in a variety of settings including in-home, clinic, and residential working with both young learners and adolescents. Jamie’s interests include early intervention, individualized treatment planning, and promoting generalization with parent training. She has a passion for training and supervising staff as well as providing supervision for students.

School Coordination
Most Denver families work with Denver Public Schools. We also coordinate with Cherry Creek School District, Aurora Public Schools, and Adams 12 Five Star Schools. We participate in IEP meetings as outside providers and align home programs with each district’s behavior plan.

No. Our Illinois team operates from the St. Charles office, about 40 miles west of downtown. We travel into Chicago daily for home sessions and use telehealth for parent training and clinical supervision.
Yes. Our St. Charles location is geographically close to most of the western suburbs. We deliver in-home sessions across Naperville, Wheaton, Hinsdale, Buffalo Grove, Bolingbrook, Willowbrook, and Downers Grove.
Yes. We're in network with BCBSIL for ABA. Most families pay only their plan's standard behavioral-health copay or coinsurance.
Yes. We work with the major managed-care plans (Meridian, Aetna Better Health, Molina, BCBS Community) and handle the prior authorization paperwork.
