Continuum Behavioral Health serves Philadelphia and the greater Pennsylvania area. During the assessment process, each child receives a comprehensive functional assessment that identifies core deficits and problem behaviors that may be interfering with the child’s ability to learn and participate in daily life at home, school and in the community. Every child’s program is individualized to meet his or her needs, learning style and guided by what is developmentally expected.

Meet Our Family
Suzanne Hughes, M.S.Ed., BCBA, LBS
Ms. Suzanne Hughes is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s Degree in Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007 with children, adolescents, and adults in residential, vocational, and educational settings. She has also delivered presentations and workshops at local and international conferences. Suzanne’s professional interests include the application of behavior analysis to health related behavior, social skills, community based instruction, transition to adulthood, and the functional assessment and treatment of problem behavior. In her free time, Suzanne enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Vandana Kotapally, M.Ed., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Vandana Kotapally is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Florida Institute of Technology. She has been working in the field of behavior analysis and special education since 2013 mainly with individuals with multiple disabilities, autism and emotional behavior disorders. Her interests lie in looking at individual as a whole and ensuring their success after they age out of the school system. In her free time, Vandana enjoys meeting friends and family, reading, cooking and spending time with her children.
Scott Chiriboga, PhD, RBT, BCAT
Scott Chiriboga is a Registered Behavior Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and a Board Certified Autism Technician through the Behavioral Intervention Certification Council. He has a PhD in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from the Business School of Costa Rica, a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, a Graduate Certificate in Marketing and Branding from Strayer University, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Florida State University. In his free time, Scott enjoys practicing martial arts, and has a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and a 1st Degree Black Belt in Judo.
Laura Stempien, M.Ed., BCBA , LBS
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Laura Stempien is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University. She has been working in the field of behavior analysis and special education since 2017. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, tie-dying, and coaching field hockey.
