Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance serves Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado and surrounding areas. During the assessment process, each child receives a comprehensive functional assessment that identifies core deficits and problem behaviors that may be interfering with the child’s ability to learn and participate in daily life at home, school and in the community. Every child’s program is individualized to meet his or her needs, learning style and guided by what is developmentally expected.

Anya is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Psychology from Marymount University. She completed her post baccalaureate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. She has 5 years experience providing 1:1 therapy to children with special needs in home and school based settings. In her free time Anya enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
Robin Johnson, M.Ed., BCBA
Clinical Director
Robin is a certified special education teacher and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. After completing her master’s degree at William Paterson University, she earned her certificate in behavior analysis from the University of North Texas. She has over 18 years of experience working with children and adults with cognitive, developmental, emotional, and physical disabilities in a variety of settings, including schools, day programs, home and other residential placements. In her free time Robin enjoys getting outside, traveling and spending time with friends, family and the service dog she’s currently training.
Alisha Peterson, MSC/SC, MS, BCBA

Alisha completed her undergraduate degree at Metropolitan State College of Denver in Psychology. Alisha went on to complete a Master’s Degree in counseling with an emphasis in school counseling and later completed a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Alisha has experience working in the mental health field for 10 years and worked with children ages 3-13 impacted from trauma, abuse, and complex mental health. For the past 3 years Alisha has worked with individuals with varying levels of developmental delays and behaviors. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Alisha strives to provide effective behavioral interventions for the children and families she serves.
Elizabeth Nowell, M.Ed., BCBA

Elizabeth (Lizzy) Nowell is a fresh Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Lizzy is Western New York native; she spent the first 20 years of her life residing in Jamestown, New York. Lizzy then pursued her education by completing her Bachelor’s in Psychology from The University of Pittsburgh in April of 2014. She then continued her education at The University of Pittsburgh and received her Master’s in Education in Applied Behavior Analysis in December of 2017. In May of 2018 Lizzy moved to the Denver/Boulder area to kick start her career with Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance. Her clinical interests include functional communication training, verbal behavior, self-injurious behaviors, and aggression. In her spare time Lizzy enjoys spending time and laughing with her friends, family, and her Great Dane, Roxy; she also enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, such as camping and hiking.
Kelly Ho, M.S., BCBA

Kelly was born in Denver, CO and raised in Mississippi. She completed a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in psychology at the University of Mississippi in 2013 and received a Master’s of Science degree in BehaviorAnalysis from the University of North Texas in 2016. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since October 2016. She gained experience as an ABA therapist for 3 years prior to becoming a BCBA and has worked with children with autism and speech delays within a clinic and in-home setting. She also has experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting. In her free time, Kelly enjoys hiking, cooking, spending time with her family and friends, traveling the world, and playing board games!
Ryann Prawlucki, M.Ed.
Junior Consultant
Ryann Prawlucki graduated from Concordia University in the Spring of 2015 with a Masters of Education and an emphasis in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She is sitting for her BCBA exam in 2017. Ryann has been teaching in blended preschool classrooms for the past few years. Through these preschool classrooms, Ryann was able to gain ABA experience and currently preparing to take her Board Certified Behavior Analysis exam in 2016. In her free time, Ryann enjoys reading, crafting, skiing, hiking, camping, fishing and anything else outdoors with her husband and two dogs.

Mary Beth McAndrew is a BCBA living in Denver. She graduated from East Carolina University in 2007 with a Sped degree and taught in both NC and Va for a combined 8 years. During her teaching experience, she worked with the Autism Society and learned about ABA. She got a Master’s in ABA from Shenandoah University in 2016 and has been a BCBA since August 2017. She really does like long walks on the beach but, being in Colorado also enjoys long walks through the woods.
Janica Neu, M.S., BCBA

Janica (they/them) is a BCBA, Lead Field Supervisor, and BCBA-Mentor at Continuum’s Denver office. They have a background in Trauma-Informed Care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Sexuality Education, as well as Precision Teaching. Janica is passionate about assent-based learning, caregiver training, and working with teenagers and adults on self-monitoring and accessing meaningful reinforcement. Janica has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015 and gained their credentials as a BCBA in 2019 after attending Purdue University for their Masters’s Degree in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. They are currently pursuing additional certification as a Family and Marriage Counselor with a focus in Sex Therapy at Northcentral University. Janica is part of the LGBTQ+ community and is an advocate for queer and trans rights. In their free time, Janica enjoys hiking, cooking, Yahtzee, and listening to real-crime podcasts.

I started in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in August 2004 after I graduated with an undergrad degree in Psychology. In the Spring of 2017, I completed my master’s degree program at Ball State University, studying ABA with an emphasis in Autism. I have worked in a variety of settings with individuals aged 2-21 in California and in Colorado, where I reside now with my husband and two dogs. I absolutely love working in this field and seeing the progress in these individuals on a daily basis.
Jessica Buskard, M.A., Ed., BCBA

Jessica completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences at the State University of New York College at Cortland in 2015, and is graduating in May 2020 with her Master’s in Special Education from Ball State University. She intends to sit for her BCBA Certification upon completing her studies. She has been working with students of all ages (3-22) with ASD in the school and in-home setting for 12 years, starting in New York at an after-school Respite program for students with high-needs and then teaching in an inclusion summer maintenance program at the same facility. Upon graduation, Jessica moved to Boulder and worked as an Instructional Assistant at The Joshua School for four years before joining Continuum. Jessica spends her time outside of school playing sand volleyball, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
Kaitlyn Rich, M.A., BCBA
Kaitlyn is from the south suburbs of Chicago. She moved to the Denver area mid January 2020 to begin her career with Continuum. In 2015, she graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology from Illinois State University, where she completed a research apprenticeship at an Autism clinic and fell in love with the practice. In 2019, Ms. Rich graduated with a Master’s in Art from Ball State University where she studied applied behavior analysis in greater detail. Her clinical interests include functional communication training and teaching adaptive skills and activities of daily living. It is so rewarding to help those in need make strides towards independence and a better quality of life. Some of her non-work related interests include hiking, painting, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Mandi Corbari, M.S., BCBA

Mandi was born in Denver and raised in Oklahoma. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work with a minor in Middle Eastern studies from the University of Oklahoma. She completed a practicum with Catholic Charities in their refugee resettlement department. Mandi spent a short time working in Child Protection before entering case management for early intervention services and moving to Honolulu, HI. While living in Honolulu she had the opportunity to learn about ABA and fell in love with the science. She has worked with children and adults ages 12-months to 21-years-old and has been in the ABA field since 2013. Mandi earned her Master’s of Science in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in ABA in 2017 from Baylor University. She has experience in precision teaching, early intervention, deescalation, and the verbal behavior approach. Mandi prides herself on compassionate, kid-friendly, and flexible ABA service delivery.
Kimberly Pendleton, M.Ed., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Kimberly is a North Carolina Tar Heel but has called Colorado home since 2006. She completed her bachelor’s degree in History at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a Master of Education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Upon entering the education field, she discovered a passion for working with students who are differently-abled and pursued a special education generalist license through Metro State University of Denver and her behavior analysis studies through the University of Colorado-Denver. Kimberly has taught in the public schools for 14 years, primarily working with students at the secondary level. Through her work in the school setting, Kimberly has had experience with a wide range of behavorial and developmental challenges. Her behavior analysis interests include skill acquisition for independent and adaptive life skills, collaboration with other specialists and families, and environmental adaptations/manipulations. She enjoys running, reading, cooking, and volunteering. Kimberly has been a BCBA since August 2019.
Nicole Bishop, M.A., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Nicole Bishop is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been with the Continuum family since 2018. She received her Master of Arts degree in Special Education at Arizona State University with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Nicole has worked with the special needs community, including individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delay, since 2009. Her clinical interests include the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, early intervention, reduction of maladaptive behavior, and disseminating behavior analysis with others. When not working, Nicole enjoys playing music, hiking, video games, and spending time with her family.
Erynn Bedu-Annan M.Ed., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Erynn received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in psychology from Johnson & Wales University in 2018 before going on to receive her Master’s of Arts degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the University of Northern Colorado. Erynn received her BCBA certification in September of 2020. Erynn gained experience in the field of ABA working as a behavior technician for a few years before gaining her BCBA. Her background includes working with a variety of different clients in clinic and home based settings. In her free time Erynn enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new food. Erynn is very excited to join the Continuum team as a BCBA.
Elizabeth Gerber, M.A., BCBA

Liz Gerber is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from San Diego State University. During this time, she became an RBT and fell in love with the field of ABA. She later obtained her Master’s in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. During her Master’s program her capstone research was on group preference assessments, while professionally she focused on developing a pretend play and circle time curriculum for early learners at her center. She has provided 1:1 therapy to children with special needs in-home, community, and center settings since 2016. She is passionate about developing individualized programming and behavior plans that helps her clients and their families achieve meaningful outcomes to improve their quality of life. Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her dog, reading a good book, and snowboarding.

Danny is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master of Art’s degree in Exceptional Student Education from the University of West Florida with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. He has spent his entire career in the mental health field and the last 4 years as RBT, and finally as a BCBA. In his free time, Danny enjoys cooking, entrepreneurship, and snowboarding in the Colorado mountains.

Abigail is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received a Masters degree in Special Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Montana State University. She has 14 years of experience providing therapy, consultation, and caregiver support to individuals and families with diverse abilities in home, clinic, and school-based settings. Abigail cares deeply about celebrating differences, teaching self-advocacy, and ensuring that interventions come from a treatment alliance perspective.

Hi there! I’m Dory and I am the new Administrative Assistant for the Lakewood, CO CASA office! I worked in Douglas County as a preschool teacher for 8 years in a blended classroom setting where I taught both special needs students and community peers. I graduated from MSU with a Bachelors in Adolescent/Child Psychology with a minor in Communication Sciences emphasizing in Sign Language. I have an 8-year-old son named Arlo who is the light of my life and an AMAZING boyfriend named Zac. I have so much experience with kiddos on the spectrum including my own son who just recently tested out of the ASD Lvl. 3 diagnosis all thanks to the dedication, hard work, and support of his ABA team and our loving family. I have the utmost respect for everything everyone does in the remarkable company, and I am so blessed to now be the smiling face greeting our families as they begin and/or continue their own life changing journeys with their own little ones.
