Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance serves Colorado Springs, Colorado and surrounding areas. During the assessment process, each child receives a comprehensive functional assessment that identifies core deficits and problem behaviors that may be interfering with the child’s ability to learn and participate in daily life at home, school and in the community. Every child’s program is individualized to meet his or her needs, learning style and guided by what is developmentally expected.

Meet Our Family
Alisha Peterson, MSC/SC, MS, BCBA
Alisha completed her undergraduate degree at Metropolitan State College of Denver in Psychology. Alisha went on to complete a Master’s Degree in counseling with an emphasis in school counseling and later completed a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Alisha has experience working in the mental health field for 10 years and worked with children ages 3-13 impacted from trauma, abuse, and complex mental health. For the past 3 years Alisha has worked with individuals with varying levels of developmental delays and behaviors. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Alisha strives to provide effective behavioral interventions for the children and families she serves.
Ashley Martinez, B.A., BCBA
Ashley Martinez is the clinical manager and senior consultant in the Colorado Springs region with Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance. She received her BA in Elementary Education with endorsements in special education from the University of Northern Colorado in 2011 and received her Masters degree as an intervention specialist in May 2017.
Ashley has worked with students with special needs for over 10 years teaching in Colorado schools and working in homes with students who were unable to attend school due to behavioral and health concerns. Additionally, Ashley has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since May 2018 and has worked in the field of behavior analysis for 3 years. In her spare time Ashley enjoys being outdoors, cooking, reading and spending time with her family.
Anya Clay, B.A., BCaBA
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Anya is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Psychology from Marymount University. She completed her post baccalaureate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. She has 5 years experience providing 1:1 therapy to children with special needs in home and school based settings. In her free time Anya enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
